I want to protect our communities and families from the crimes, gambling addiction and the negative effects on local business that inevitably follow casino development. My opponent fell for the quick-fix promise of casinos instead of working to bring more respectable businesses into the district.

I will work hard to bring better-paying jobs into the district and support economic development strategies that enhance our quality of life and contribute positively to our communities.
